Check a customer logo is print-worthy and render it across pads —
in-house, free, before anything goes to the printer. Iterate as many times as the
customer wants; only the final version needs the formal signed proof.

Best: vector — AI, PDF, SVG, EPS. Also accepted: PNG, JPG (checked for size and
transparency).
Preflight —
File fingerprint (SHA-256) — goes on the proof sheet; the
customer signs THIS file, provably:
Pick the Mark
This file has more than one page or more than
one logo on it. Pick the page, then (optionally) drag a box around the ONE
logo this artwork means — the mockup and the signed proof show exactly that mark,
and the printer extracts the real vector from the source file.
Pad Mockup
“Remove background box” clears white touching
the artwork's edge and KEEPS white inside the logo. “Remove ALL white” also clears
the inside — for outline logos meant to show the pad colour through. The printer
receives the original file either way; this only affects the mockup and proof.
Proof Sheet
The signable record: the rendering + the file
fingerprint + the spec. Save it next to the artwork in the vendor share folder;
once the customer signs it, THAT is the approval. (These import straight into the
new system later — the fingerprint ties everything together.)
